Bruegger's Bagels in Matthews, NC is seeking a Baker to start the day by prepping fresh bagels in a fast-paced shop. Bakers arrive as early as 3AM, stock the bagel wall, and ensure quality products are available each shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product is available each shift.
• Provide guest service by helping with order taking and sandwich making.
• Keep the store clean and safe, and help maintain quality of food and beverages.
