Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Huntington Beach, CA is hiring a Baker to join our morning team. Bakers start as early as 3AM, stock the bagel wall, and help with pastry cases while delivering friendly guest service.

You’ll work with a team to ensure quality products, maintain a clean store, and support with order taking and sandwich making as needed. Great for those who love fresh bagels and a collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid state driver’s license (preferred but not required at all locations).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product each shift.
• Provide excellent guest service by assisting with orders and sandwich making.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment and work as a team.
• Support other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
