Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels is hiring a Baker to start as early as 3AM, stocking the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality products for every shift. You will help with order taking and sandwich preparation while working as part of a team to deliver warm, guest‑friendly service in a clean, safe store environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to multitask in a fast-paced setting, willing to work varied hours including weekends, and able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license and meet driving qualifications as required by Company policy.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product is available each shift.
• Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and teamwork with peers to support daily operations.
