Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Brunswick, OH is looking for an Early Morning Kitchen Team Member to help deliver an exceptional dining experience. You’ll work directly for an independent Owner/Operator, prepare and present food to Chick-fil-A standards, and support a fast, friendly kitchen environment.

The Full-time role runs 5:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., five days a week, with flexible scheduling, Sundays closed, and opportunities to grow through on-the-job training, leadership development, and scholarship programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
