A community-focused educational organization in Eagan is seeking an Early Learning Tutor. In this role, you'll support preschool students in building essential skills from August 2025 to June 2026. Ideal candidates are dependable, have basic computer skills, and are fluent in English. Compensation includes a $17.50 hourly stipend, free health insurance, and education benefits.

Join Early Learning Corps as an Early Learning Tutor and you’ll spend your days in a pre-kindergarten classroom to help students build skills and confidence. We’ll train you to deliver proven activities and coach you every step of the way!
How does it work? Partnering with a teacher, you’ll help enhance learning. Whether talking, reading, writing, singing, or playing with students, you’ll be helping them to build early literacy and math skills.With the extra attention and support, you'll make an incredible impact and help ignite a love of learning!

Pay & Benefits

Early Learning Corps is powered by AmeriCorps members who serve as tutors. Started in 2003, Early Learning Corps has helped more than 120,000 children build early literacy and numeracy skills and get ready for kindergarten!
Early Learning Corps is administered by the nonprofit organization Ampact and fueled by research from ServeMinnesota’s National Science + Service Collaborative.
