Responsibilities

• Greet children and parents daily; communicate professionally with families and staff.
• Maintain classroom environment and equipment; assist with cleaning.
• Conduct informal and formal observations to inform curriculum and assessments.
• Support program compliance with YMCA, SUTQ, ODJFS licensing, grants, and NAEYC.
