Associates in Pediatric Therapy (APT) is hiring KEIS providers—PTs, OTs, and SLPs—to evaluate and treat children from birth to age 3 in natural environments across Kentucky. Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy with an active, unrestricted license.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and an active license.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children birth to age 3 across physical, social-emotional, self-help, communication and cognitive domains.
• Provide services in children’s natural environments (homes, daycares, community centers) with potential office/contract location options.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team to develop and implement IFSPs, documenting sessions and progress.
