Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. seeks caring staff to assist in early intervention programs for children birth to 3 years with developmental delays or risk factors.

You will participate in developmental enrichment groups with families, help plan curriculum, and support learning through art, sensory activities, and play-based routines. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, prior early childhood experience, and bilingual/bicultural background are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in early childhood education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developmental enrichment groups with children birth to three years old and their parents.
• Assist in planning and development of curriculum/activities for group.
• Support children’s learning through activities such as art, sensory play, gross motor, and free play.
• Assist with group routines such as setup/cleanup, snack preparation, and toileting/diapering.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developmental enrichment groups with children birth to three years-old their parents.
• Assist in the planning and development of curriculum/activities for group.
• Support children’s learning in group through engagement in activities such as art/sensory, gross motor, and free play.
• Assist with group routines such as the set-up/clean-up, snack preparation and toileting/diapering.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Previous experience in early childhood education preferred
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply
