Job Description

This position requires a Current NJ State License in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC‑SLP and at least one year of experience working with children birth to age five who have developmental delays and disabilities. The role involves conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans (IFSPs), and providing direct services to infants and toddlers (birth to three) with communication delays. The Speech Language Pathologist works in families' natural environments, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and maintains accurate records while complying with NJEIS regulations. The applicant must also maintain current knowledge of regulatory/legislative policies applicable to the profession.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IFSPs) for infants and toddlers with communication delays.
  • Provide direct services to infants and toddlers in families' natural environments.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and caregivers to promote functional communication skills through everyday routines.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NJEIS regulations.
  • Continuously update knowledge of regulatory/legislative policies related to Speech Language Pathology.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
  • Current NJ State License in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC‑SLP.
  • At least one year of experience working with children ages birth to five who have developmental delays and disabilities.
