Kennedy-Donovan Center in Massachusetts is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist to work with infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) and their families, delivering home, community, and group EI services. You will conduct developmental assessments, partner with families to set IFSP goals, and support caregivers in implementing developmental strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 300 hours working with children under age 5.
• Flexible schedule including occasional evenings.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations.
• Partner with families to develop IFSP goals.
• Provide home, community, and group EI services.
• Coach caregivers to support development.
• Maintain accurate EI documentation and compliance.
• Travel to homes and community settings; participate in supervision and meetings.
