Hands on and online training provided to develop competency in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Training remains ongoing throughout employment with a focus on constantly improving independence and quality of life for the children we serve.

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Provide ABA therapy in individual and group settings to children and adolescents with autism under the supervision of a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst.


• Teach social, play, and communication skills.


• Teach and assist with self-help skills to promote independence.


• Follow skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.


• Collect and record data through direct treatment sessions.


• Lead social skills groups.


• Collaborate and assist with creating fun therapeutic activities and programs.


• Write daily therapy session notes.


• Collaborate with a treatment team including child, parents and caregivers, outside professionals, and co-workers.


• Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending trainings and professional development opportunities.

Part time and full-time positions available for both center and home-based services.
