Family of Kidz in New York seeks a Special Educator EI for the Greater Catskills and Southern Tier region. This role is part-time, fee-for-service, or potential full-time, involving EI work with children, developing IFSP-based lessons, and reporting progress to families and supervisors.

The candidate should hold NYS Students with Disabilities B-Grade 2 Certification, and demonstrate strong collaboration, time management, and documentation skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• NYS Students with Disabilities B-Grade 2 Certification required.
• Experience supporting children and families in EI settings preferred.
• Ability to develop IFSP-based lessons and report progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized EI lessons targeting IFSP goals.
• Develop creative, multi-sensory lessons and report progress.
• Maintain accurate attendance and submit billing daily.
• Attend IFSP meetings and communicate with supervisors and team.
