Job summary

Colonial Intermediate Unit 20 North Office seeks a Supervisor of Special Education Early Intervention to lead the EI preschool program and supervise staff and related service providers across Monroe and Pike Counties.

The role focuses on program oversight, instructional leadership, family engagement, and collaboration with school districts and community partners to meet student needs and IU goals.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience required.
• PA Supervisor of Special Education certification required.
• Certification in PA Principal K-12 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform management functions to ensure smooth daily EI program operations in Monroe & Pike Counties.
• Provide leadership and expertise to IU, member districts, and community partners in supervised areas.
• Contribute to achievement of IU goals in support of vision and mission.
• Demonstrate active participation in staff/family and community relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and Director of Special Education.
