Job summary

Powerback Pediatrics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver and direct early intervention services for birth to three children in the Greater Chicago area. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy, document progress, and coordinate with families and IFSP updates.

The role requires a master’s in SLP, ASHA CCC/CF eligibility or CF status, and state licensure. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits and a 52–56 USD/hour pay range.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field per ASHA guidance.
• ASHA CCC or CF eligibility, or CF status.
• State licensure/certification as required.
• Early Intervention credential (temporary or full).
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and customer-relations skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume workloads with mature judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provides and directs speech therapy services to birth to three.
• Provides occupational therapy services to children birth to three.
• Performs evaluations and assessments and updates the IFSP.
• Establishes treatment schedule and delivers services per the IFSP.
• Participates in family and caregiver education.
