The Kalamazoo Regional Educational Service Agency (KRESA) is seeking an Early Intervention School Psychologist at KRESA West Campus in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The role involves diagnostic evaluations, collaboration with families and school staff, and active participation in IEP processes.

Qualified candidates will have Michigan certification or be a licensed psychologist; preferred is a Certified Behavior Analyst credential and experience with early childhood.

Qualifications

• Michigan School Psychologist certification or full licensed psychologist.
• Preferred: Certified Behavior Analyst credential.
• Experience with early childhood settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts diagnostic evaluations and observes students across settings.
• Supports families with evidence-based strategies.
• Communicates assessment results to IEP teams and stakeholders.
• Attends IEP meetings and collaborates with local districts.
• Collaborates with colleagues to build staff capacity.
• Performs functional behavior assessment as part of evaluations.
• Designs or collaborates on behavior support plans.
• Presents information clearly to groups; reads and analyzes data.
• Writes reports and uses data for decision making.
• Knowledge in autism assessment and intervention is highly preferred.
