Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time in-home or community-based ABA services in Iowa. You will join a clinical team, implement skill-building plans, and record data to support client progress.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certificate, a high school diploma, and demonstrate patience and compassion when working with children with Autism. Flexible scheduling and ongoing BCBA schooling support are available.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
