Job summary

PediaStaff is seeking an Early Intervention Physical Therapist (PT) in Anchorage, AK for birth to three supports in home settings. In this in-person role, you will work with families to promote motor development and daily routines, under a coaching model in the child’s natural environment.

The ideal candidate holds AK licensure (or eligibility), is passionate about early intervention, and enjoys collaborative work with SLPs, OTs, and developmental therapists.

Qualifications

• AK licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Passionate about early intervention and working with families.
• Comfortable working independently in home-based settings.
• IFSP experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support early learning and physical development.
• Partner with families using a coaching model embedded in daily routines.
• Participate in evaluations and individualized family service planning.
• Provide occupational therapy services in home and community settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers.
