Job summary

Benchmark Human Services MT seeks a Family Support Specialist Assistant in Kalispell, MT. The role supports infants, toddlers and families under Montana Milestones, coordinating eligibility, assessments, and IFSP development within the EI program.

Qualified candidates reside near Kalispell and will start at $18/hour, with a wage increase to $20/hour after credentialing. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and auto insurance.
• Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must complete on the job training and become certified by the State of Montana within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with eligibility determination, including referral, intake, and eligibility determination activities.
• Conduct the family assessment, including interviewing the family.
• Coordinate evaluations and assessments.
• Assist parents of eligible children in planning, meeting, developing, implementing, and reviewing an IFSP.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely electronic and paper file records.
• Meet weekly with supervisor for direct, systematic supervision of the services through weekly instruction, review, and feedback.
