Job summary

The candidate must hold Infant/Toddler CDA or equivalent coursework, demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, and be able to work with diverse families. Regular 8-hour weekday shifts are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provides services to toddlers including physical caregiving, developmental assessments, and implementing age-appropriate curricula.
• Serves as the primary teacher for children and ensures safe and healthy learning environments and individualized learning activities for children.
• Individual may also be designated as a Center Assistant, assigned to classrooms as needed to provide continuity of care for required coverage during staff breaks, staff planning, and full-day operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
