Job summary

HumanKind is seeking an Early Head Start Substitute in Lynchburg, VA. This on-call, on-site position supports classrooms with infants and toddlers, following lesson plans and daily routines when extra help is needed. You will help with meals, transitions, and classroom tasks while fostering a safe, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
• Any amount of experience working with children (volunteerism, babysitting, parenting, etc)
• Must pass and maintain all background check requirements
