Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Early Intervention required.
• Master’s degree in Early Childhood may substitute for 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and evaluate education and child development services for the EHS-CCP grant.
• Maintain learning environments and ensure personnel meet required credentials.
• Oversee training and professional development for all ECD staff.
• Oversee child screening, assessment, health, oral health, and nutrition per Head Start standards.
• Ensure safety practices, facility health checks and internal monitoring for continuous improvement.
