Ozarks Area Community Action Corporation (OACAC) Head Start is seeking an Early Head Start Infant/Toddler Teacher Assistant to support three classrooms in Republic and Springfield, MO. The role collaborates with a relationship-based team to provide nurturing care and developmentally appropriate activities for infants and toddlers.

This full-time, year-round position offers a stable schedule, competitive hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities for certification through Ozarks Tech.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six college credit hours or Infant/Toddler CDA.
• Experience working with infants and toddlers.
• Willingness to obtain Early Childhood Development Specialization Certification through Ozarks Tech (paid for by employer).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily classroom operations in three Early Head Start classrooms
• Assist with providing responsive care and supervision to infants and toddlers
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Support implementation of developmentally appropriate activities and routines
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to maintain a safe and nurturing environment
• Promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Perform additional duties as assigned
