Job summary

STEP, Inc. is seeking an Early Head Start Home Visitor in Williamsport, PA to support families with infants and toddlers. You will visit homes weekly, coach parents, and connect families to resources that foster child development and school readiness.

You'll collaborate with health providers and program staff while promoting family engagement, leadership, and advocacy. A degree in a related field or CDA is required, with bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Family Studies, Social Work, Psychology, Adult Education, or a related field; OR a minimum of CDA credential, Home Visitor or Infant Toddler; or comparable credential; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with adults and preschool children, infants, and toddlers preferred.
  • Home visiting experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Create Community Connections

  • Collaborate with health providers, community agencies, and program staff to ensure comprehensive services.

PAY RATE:$21.06 per hour
