Job summary

CMCA in Hermitage, MO is seeking a Home Visitor to provide early childhood education tied to comprehensive child development, health, nutrition, and family services for children up to 3, with prenatal services included. Services occur in the family's home, and educators work with parents in the home and during group socialization opportunities.

The role visits families, supports in-home learning, and coordinates with Head Start guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prefer experience working with low-income families and children.
• CDA or Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related degree preferred.
• Daycare, preschool, or childcare work experience is helpful.

Job description

Home Visitor needed in Hermitage, MO to provide early childhood education related to comprehensive child development, health, nutrition, and family services to children up to age 3. Prenatal services are also provided. These services are provided in the family's home. The Educator visits the home of the children and works in partnership with the child's parents in the home and during group socialization opportunities. Pay is $15.27 to $16.31/hour.
