Job summary

Central Missouri Community Action in Hermitage, MO seeks a Home Visitor to provide early childhood education in the family's home, focusing on comprehensive child development, health, nutrition and family services for children up to age 3, including prenatal services.

The Educator visits families in their homes and partners with parents during in-home sessions and group socialization opportunities to support healthy development.

Qualifications

• Prefer experience working with low-income families and children.
• CDA or Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related degree preferred.
• Daycare, preschool, or childcare work experience is helpful.

Job description

Home Visitor needed in Hermitage, MO to provide early childhood education related to comprehensive child development, health, nutrition, and family services to children up to age 3. Prenatal services are also provided. These services are provided in the family's home. The Educator visits the home of the children and works in partnership with the child's parents in the home and during group socialization opportunities. Pay is $15.27 to $16.31/hour.
