Job summary

Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is hiring a Full-time Child Care Teacher in Bellevue, WA. The role runs 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, in an on-site preschool program.

You will create hands-on activities, communicate milestones to families, and maintain a safe, clean classroom following policies. Qualifications include 18+ with HS diploma or GED; 1 year teaching experience preferred; CDA/Associate/Bachelor’s in early education preferred.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred.
• Must pass required state and company background checks.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required.

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child’s daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to create engaging curriculum.
