Full-time positions are available in our early education centers. You will create hands-on activities, communicate with families, and maintain a safe, clean classroom while following Bright Horizons' guidelines and state requirements. Commitment to developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) is essential.

Qualifications

• Background checks and eligibility per state and Bright Horizons requirements.
• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• College-level coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or related degree preferred.
• 1 year of professional experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP).

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.
