Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is hiring teachers for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in Grand Rapids, MI. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with opportunities for growth and pursuing a CDA or college degree at no cost.

You will create engaging activities, maintain parent communication, and ensure safety in a supportive center environment. We value experience in child care and a solid foundation in developmentally appropriate practice.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required.
• College coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) is required.

Responsabilités

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.
• Provide support in any classroom or age group where teaching coverage is needed across a center or nearby locations.
