Position Overview

We're hiring part-time soccer coaches with opportunities for future full-time employment.

1. $16 per 30-45 minute session (and up to $22 per session based on advancement)

Requirements

1. Must be at least 18 years of age
2. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
3. Ability to pass a federal background check
4. Valid work Visa or authorization to work in the US
5. Own or have access to a printer
6. Coaching or childcare experience
7. Passion for impacting children through the game of soccer preferred
8. Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, or related) preferred
9. Saturday availability 8am-12pm preferred

A Day in the Life

1. Arrive on time to all your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty, families, and children
2. Safely manage a class of up to 12 children
3. Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
4. Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters
5. Go home knowing you made a difference

Hours

Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm

Saturdays: 8am - 1pm

Part-time: estimated minimum of 10 hours/sessions per week and maximum of 25 hours/sessions

Full-time: estimated minimum of 32 hours/sessions per week and maximum of 40 hours/sessions

Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication.
