Delta Health Alliance, Inc. seeks an Early Education Coach–EHS in Greenwood, MS.

The individual will implement research-based coaching strategies for education staff and provide classroom visits and consultations to teaching teams and families regarding child mental health and disabilities. They will work with children birth through age three under Head Start regulations, reporting to the AVP of Early Education, and conduct observations, assessments, and mentorship to improve teacher-child

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education.
• 3 years of related experience with children under five.
• Head Start coaching experience preferred (infants/toddlers).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic clinical information systems.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Early Education Coach program plans.
• Conduct center and family site observations to promote best practices.
• Administer classroom assessments and track child progress.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to teaching staff.
• Participate in training, meetings, and documentation.
• Maintain program curriculum knowledge and data reporting.
• Distribute research-based resources to staff.
