Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is hiring an Associate Teacher for Gettysburg College, providing full-time support in classrooms for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

You will assist with activities, communicate daily milestones to parents, and maintain a safe, clean classroom in alignment with Bright Horizons policies. The role requires passing state and company background checks, being at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED, and preference for 2 years of child care experience

Qualifications

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
• Fulfill mandated reporter requirements as defined by the appropriate State agency.
