KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support children's education and development in a classroom setting. You will implement our curriculum, ensure a safe and nurturing environment, and engage with families to provide high-quality care.

This role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to work with diverse families across our network. Training and opportunities for growth are available in a collaborative, supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills; ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
