Bright Horizons in Andover, MA seeks an Assistant Teacher to support infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with hands-on activities and daily routines. You will partner with families, communicate milestones, and help maintain a safe, clean classroom according to program guidelines.

Full-time and part-time openings available, with incentives including a $1,000 hiring incentive after 100 days. Educational opportunities toward a CDA or college degree are provided at no cost to staff.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field is preferred

Responsabilités

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
• Provide support in any classroom or age group where teaching coverage is needed across a centre or in nearby locations

Formation
