Job summary

Bright Horizons is hiring an Assistant Teacher at our Wilmington, DE area centers. You’ll support infants, toddlers and preschoolers with hands-on activities, document milestones for families, and help keep the classroom safe and clean.

Qualifications

• Must pass required state and company background checks.
• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Early childhood coursework, TECE 1 and 2 (or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Communicate daily with parents and document milestones.
• Keep the classroom safe and clean by following procedures and guidelines.
