Qualifications

• MD with 5+ years in pharma/biotech; pre-clinical knowledge a plus.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent English communication; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic clinical development guidance during early asset development (TPP, development plans, indication selection).
• Coach and guide medical doctors; foster high-quality development support for Indication and Study Teams.
