Job summary

Umatilla-Morrow Head Start, Inc. seeks a Health Coordinator to support wellness services and enrollment for early childhood programs. You will ensure timely screenings, education, and follow-up care while training staff and families on health resources and regulatory requirements.

Under the Enrollment and Data Manager, you will coordinate health services, ERSEA activities, and data entry across sites, maintaining records and compliance with Head Start standards.

Qualifications

• Two to three years coordinating health or early childhood services.
• Knowledge of Head Start Program Performance Standards (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate health services for early childhood programs.
• Monitor health protocols and coordinate screenings.
• Maintain immunization records and health data in system.
• Assist with enrollment processes and ERSEA activities.
• Prepare monthly and year-end health and program reports.
• Support health education curricula and family engagement events.
