What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop various training and technical assistance resources, including guides, job aids, and videos for child care program staff
• Collaborate with project managers and application teams to maintain project workplans and timelines
• Analyze technical requirements to create detailed instructions for system applications
• Draft website content and communications for families and community partners
• Manage project timelines and workflows independently for assigned tasks
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, research methods, public health, program evaluation, psychology, communications, education, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience developing communications or instructions at the state or federal level
• 3+ years of experience analyzing technical requirements and developing training resources
• 2+ years of project management support experience, including developing workplans and tracking processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Teams

• Familiarity with subsidized child care, licensing regulations, and monitoring procedures
• Experience with military child care programs
• Ability to synthesize diverse resources and ensure consistent messaging
