The Goddard School of Spring (Harmony), TX is seeking a motivated Team Lead (Office Assistant) to oversee daily operations and support the Assistant Director and Director in ensuring high-quality education and compliance. You will manage staff, foster relationships with families and the community, and support licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of child development, learning best practices, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine love for children and commitment to high-quality education.
• Must pass required state background checks and meet state education/experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the School.
• Staff Management: Support recruitment, training, development and supervision of staff.
• Curriculum and Program Development: Assist in implementing Wonder of Learning program to spark curiosity and growth.
• Family and Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with families.
• Health and Safety: Conduct safety drills and ensure licensing regulations compliance.
