Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to meet state-specific qualifications for the role.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English literacy to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that supports individual needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
