You’ll partner with families to support development and help the center achieve enrollment and accreditation goals.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Willing to meet or obtain state-specific qualifications.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to maintain safety and engage with children at varying activities.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and development.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing staff, and community partners.
