Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, strong organizational abilities, and multitasking to handle multiple situations.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it.
• English reading, writing, speaking to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curricula consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
