You will partner with parents, work with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and quality goals, and build positive relationships with communities.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
