Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to deliver its curriculum in a caring classroom setting in Denver, CO. You will create a safe, nurturing space where children can learn through play and structured activities, while building strong connections with families.

You will implement age-appropriate lessons, support enrollment goals, and collaborate with center staff and leadership to ensure high-quality education and development for every child.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned to each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
