Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to communicate in English with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that respects the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children’s education and well-being.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families and community partners.
