Job summary

The Sunshine House, Inc. in Blythewood, SC is seeking a Childcare Teacher to create a safe, nurturing learning environment for young children.

You’ll foster growth, support social and emotional development, and build strong partnerships with families. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or higher in Early Childhood/related field (or be pursuing), a high school diploma or equivalent, background checks, ability to lift 30 lbs, and 30 days of licensed daycare teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field is required or pursuing the degree.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree acceptable if enrolled and/or working towards Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to pass background checks and health assessments.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for child safety.
• At least 30 days paid teaching experience in a DSS licensed daycare setting is required.
