Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to support children’s growth across our classrooms. You’ll implement our curriculum, create a safe, engaging environment, and partner with parents to provide the best care and education for each child.

You’ll also collaborate with center staff and leadership to meet enrollment and accreditation goals while building positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organization are required.
• Willingness to obtain state qualifications if needed.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to communicate with children and parents in English.

Responsibilities

• Implement curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
