Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking compassionate teachers to implement our curriculum and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. You will engage with families daily and help young learners build confidence.

You will partner with parents, work alongside center staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals, and collaborate with state licensing authorities and community partners to deliver exceptional experiences across our centers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Physically able to lift at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
