KinderCare Learning Companies in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Teacher to implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and partner with families to provide the best care and education for children.

You will collaborate with center staff and leadership to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, while cultivating positive relationships with families, state licensing authorities, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate with children and parents in English.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by working with center staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
