Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to join our Minnesota team. You will implement curriculum tailored to each child, create a safe, nurturing setting for play and learning, and partner with parents to ensure high-quality care and education.

You will collaborate with center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, while building strong relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners to foster a positive learning community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
