The Opportunity
As an ECT at Guardian Pasadena, you will:
  • Lead a team of educators, mentoring their growth and ensuring exceptional care for every child.
  • Build strong relationships with families, keeping them informed and confident in the quality of care.
  • Support educators to deliver contemporary early childhood practices and embed the Guardian Curriculum.
  • Champion your Centre as a beacon of Guardian’s values: brave, positive, thoughtful, and professional.
  • Implement visible educational programs on Storypark, encouraging collaboration from families, children, and educators.
  • Maintain children’s learning profiles and drive continuous improvement through self-assessment.
  • Join Leadership Councils to develop leadership skills, drive change, and shape decision-making.

To be considered, you will have:
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA
  • Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
  • Previous ECT experience
  • Current Teacher’s Accreditation/ Registration (SA)
  • Valid Working with Children’s Check (SA)
  • Full Working Rights
